17 Dec Microids and Sloclap sign an international co-publishing agreement for the retail versions of Sifu

Boxed versions on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4  will be available in Spring 2022

Paris – December 17th 2021 – The Parisian video game development studio Sloclap and the French publisher Microids are delighted to announce today the signing of an international co-publishing agreement regarding the retail versions of the upcoming game Sifu. Following their multiplayer hit Absolver released in 2017, Sloclap’s second game Sifu will be an artful and true-to-combat Kung Fu game exploring themes of revenge and redemption! The retail versions on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 will be produced by Microids and are due to come out in Spring 2022.

About Sifu

The game’s exquisitely hand-drawn art style pays tribute to Kung Fu film classics where themes of revenge and redemption are timeless tales, all perfectly blending with Sloclap’s martial arts gameplay expertise.  Sifu offers a unique approach to martial arts, themes of vengeance and redemption to create a distinct single player Kung Fu experience, making this game a true initiatory journey.

Sifu will be released digitally on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4 and PC (Epic Games Store) February 8th, 2022. The retail versions will launch in Spring 2022.
