Paris, September 5, 2024 — In 2024, Asterix turns 65! To celebrate this legendary anniversary, Microids is pleased to announce the Asterix MAXI COLLECTION – PLATINUM EDITION, available from October 31, 2024, on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. This exclusive edition brings together six of the most iconic video games featuring the famous Gauls, along with a unique silver figurine of Obelix, accompanied by his loyal companion Idefix, proudly holding a stack of Roman helmets. This figurine, available only in this edition, will delight dedicated fans, who will see it as a centerpiece to enhance their collection.
In this compilation, players will experience all the humor and action of the Asterix comics through a variety of games combining action, adventure, and beat’em up elements. From Gaul to Rome, Greece, Hibernia, and many other lands, they will dive into the world of the famous duo, partake in epic battles, and meet new characters.

Play as Asterix and Obelix and enjoy the most iconic landscapes of the saga while battling hundreds of enemies, from legionaries to pirates, bandits and the famous Normans. Enemies and wild boars will have to be cautious! Asterix and Obelix are back… and it’s going to be another great fight!
- Asterix et Obelix – Slap Them All! 2
A&O STA! 2 is a slap-filled Beat’em Up with an original storyline. You’ll visit many different places along the way: forgotten ruins in a murky forest, the largest Roman camp ever, and even Lutèce… A journey towards distant lands, packed with diverse environments, punctuated by numerous encounters and, of course – featuring a generous distribution of slaps! All accompanied by original animated scenes that bring the story to life!
- Asterix & Obélix – XXL Romastered
After a fine day’s hunting, Asterix and Obelix return to find their village in flames, pillaged by the Romans! They set off to rescue their fellow villagers, accompanied by their faithful Dogmatix. Their journey will take them to Normandy, Greece, Helvetia, Egypt and, finally, Rome, in order to save the villagers from the clutches of the emperor Caesar…
